How the job runs

  1. 1Book an appointment and our technicians visit at an agreed time.
  2. 2We identify the fabric type and select the correct solution, paying attention to pH.
  3. 3The fabric is thoroughly pre-vacuumed to remove loose dirt and dust.
  4. 4A fine mist pre-spray is applied and agitated with a soft upholstery brush.
  5. 5We rinse with the upholstery hand tool, which gives precision flow and vacuum control.

Things folk usually ask

Can you clean delicate upholstery?
Yes. Some fabrics are more prone to dye bleed, texture change, ring-marking or shrinking. Water-sensitive fabrics such as silk cannot be wet-cleaned and are instead cleaned by hand using a fine fabric solvent.
